Today was a full day of packing our bags, finalizing some FCA projects, paying bills, getting the house cleaned, and giving our kids extra hugs and kisses. We were able to get out of Hastings on time and drove to Omaha to have dinner with Jake and Jen Stutzman who encouraged us greatly in the trip and experience we have in front of us. The Stutzmans adopted three kids from Ethiopia almost fours years ago and were a huge influence on us and our decision to adopt. A great way to begin the journey. We plan to get a few hours of sleep tonight before flying out at 6:10am. Please pray for us as we travel to Beijing tomorrow!
